Ole Miss football vs Missouri score, live updates, predictions, time, TV channel

OXFORD — Ole Miss football is back at home for the first time since Sept. 19, and is set to host two of its former stars in quarterback Austin Simmons and receiver Cayden Lee .

No. 10 Ole Miss (4-1, 2-1 SEC) will host No. 13 Missouri (5-1, 2-1) on Oct. 17 (2:30 p.m. CT, SEC Network).

Simmons, who began 2025 as Ole Miss' starter before losing his job to Trinidad Chambliss , has hit his stride after transferring to Missouri in the offseason. He has passed 1,434 yards, 14 touchdowns and one interception in 2026.

Simmons' No. 1 target is Cayden Lee, who transferred from Ole Miss to Missouri with Simmons in the offseason. Lee has 42 catches this season, which is tied for No. 1 in the SEC.

Transfer Ole Miss cornerback Chris Graves is also playing for Missouri. Don't expect a toxic atmosphere like the Ole Miss' Week 3 game against LSU. The reception should be more jovial than the one former Ole Miss coach Lane Kiffin received.
