Justin Jefferson, Ja’Marr Chase and more WR injury updates for Week 5
The two LSU alums headline the wide receivers we're monitoring ahead of Sunday's action.
With Sunday almost here, we're doing our latest wide receiver injury round-up, which features the likes of Justin Jefferson and Ja'Marr Chase , along with several others.
Before we get to those with designations, some of the wide receivers who have been removed from injury reports include Malik Nabers, Chris Olave, Dontayvion Wicks and Mike Evans, all of whom are good to go.
On the other end of the spectrum, players such as DeVonta Smith, Stefon Diggs and Quentin Johnston have already been ruled out for Week 5.
Now, here's what we know about players who have been given the questionable tag ahead of Sunday.

After not practicing at all last week before being ruled out with his ankle injury, Jefferson saw an uptick in participation this week with three limited practices, which earned him a questionable tag .
The progress Jefferson made in practice suggests he's close, and he sounded optimistic when speaking to the media.
"It feels good now. Hopefully, Sunday, being able to rock and roll," Jefferson said, per Will Ragatz of Bring Me The News .
It seems like he's got a better chance to play than not, but the Vikings also have a bye in Week 6 and a 4-0 record, so it wouldn't be shocking to see Minnesota hold Jefferson out for another week.

Chase saw back-to-back days of upgraded practice participation as he works through the concussion protocol.
He didn't practice on Wednesday before being limited on Thursday and full on Friday, but he still has the questionable tag.
The last step is getting cleared by an independent neurologist, which appears likely to happen on Saturday given his full practice to close out the week.
Nothing is confirmed yet, but we expect Chase to play.

After battling a hamstring injury for multiple weeks, it's now a foot issue for Zay Flowers, who was limited three times this week before being deemed questionable.
But ESPN's Jamison Hensley said that, despite the questionable tag, Flowers is "expected to play" in Week 5.
If Flowers isn't upgraded and removed from the injury report on Saturday, we'll be on the lookout for reports about his status on Sunday morning and afternoon.
Otherwise, we won't know for sure whether or not Flowers is playing until an hour and a half before the 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff on Sunday night.

CeeDee Lamb exited the Dallas Cowboys' embarrassing Week 5 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with a quadriceps injury .
Thankfully, it doesn't appear he has anything significant, as it's just a bruise, and the expectation is he'll be good to go in Week 6 after Dallas' mini bye.
"My understanding is that it is a quad bruise," NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported. "Do not expect this to be a long-term injury."

Like his teammate Chase, Tee Higgins closed out the week with a full practice after not taking part on Wednesday and Thursday because of groin and neck issues.
Head coach Zac Taylor wouldn't commit to Higgins playing in spite of the questionable tag , but the full practice on Friday suggests he has a good chance to do so.
We expect Higgins will be active in Week 5.
Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Ladd McConkey (15) looks on during warm ups prior to the game against the Buffalo Bills at New Highmark Stadium. Credit: Mark Konezny-Imagn Images via Reuters Connect (Reuters)
Ladd McConkey didn't practice at all this week because of a foot injury and was then given a questionable tag.
The lack of participation amounted to a downgrade from last week, when the Chargers wide receiver was at least able to practice on a limited basis twice with the same issue before suiting up.
With the downgrade, we suspect McConkey is more likely to sit than play.

Terry McLaurin is once again questionable to play this week with the hamstring injury that kept him sidelined in Week 4.
The veteran wide receiver didn't practice over the first two days of the week before turning in a limited session on Friday.
The uptick in practice participation gives him a chance to play, and head coach Dan Quinn said McLaurin is going in the right direction.
Even still, ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reports that McLaurin will "most likely" be a game-time decision on Sunday.
Based on Quinn's comment, we'd give McLaurin a better than 50/50 chance to play.
Buffalo Bills wide receiver DJ Moore (2) celebrates after scoring a touchdown against the Houston Texans during the first half at Reliant Stadium. Credit: Thomas Shea-Imagn Images via Reuters Connect (Reuters)
DJ Moore has sat out each of the first two practices of the week because of his shoulder injury that he reaggravated last week, forcing his early exit.
Moore doesn't need to practice to play, but we sure would like to see at least some limited work on Saturday. Either way, he's likely headed for a questionable tag.
Because he has already reaggravated the injury, the Bills might think it wise to hold him out a week, even if he's capable of playing at less than 100%.
We'll know more on Saturday, when the Bills drop their final injury report.
Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison (3) celebrates after scoring a touchdown during the fourth quarter against the Chicago Bears at U.S. Bank Stadium. Credit: Jeffrey Becker-Imagn Images via Reuters Connect (Reuters)
A new addition to the injury report this week, Jordan Addison is questionable to play with his hamstring injury.
He turned in two limited practices after sitting out on Wednesday, so he's trending in a positive direction ahead of Sunday.
As is the case with Jefferson, don't be surprised if the 4-0 record and the upcoming bye week factor into the Vikings' decision. For now, we'd put Addison at about a 50/50 chance to play.
Tennessee Titans wider receiver Carnell Tate (14) runs with the ball after a made catch during day 1 of mini-camp at Vanderbilt Health Football Center. Credit: Steve Roberts-Imagn Images via Reuters Connect (Reuters)
Carnell Tate finally had a big game in Week 4, but the concern here is that the rookie was a midweek addition to the injury report with a back issue.
The Titans wideout was limited on Thursday and Friday before drawing the questionable tag.
However, head coach Robert Saleh told reporters Tate is just dealing with some tightness and should be good to go .
