Galo welcomes Sólides CEO for meeting with club leaders

On Tuesday, Atlético welcomed Mônica Hauck, CEO of Sólides, to Arena MRV for a meeting with the Club's leadership, including CEO Pedro Daniel. The initiative is part of Galo's leadership development program and aims to encourage the exchange of experiences and broaden perspectives on management, people, and business.

During the meeting, Mônica shared experiences from her time leading Sólides and offered insights into entrepreneurship, people management, and organizational culture, particularly amid the challenges of a constantly changing landscape.

Topics discussed included adapting to change, developing teams equipped for different scenarios, and the importance of a culture that encourages learning, innovation, and high performance.

The program, developed by Atlético's HR department, brings together Club leaders and executives from different sectors, connecting Galo with industry experiences and practices that can contribute to its staff's development and help address the challenges of football.

"Exchanging experiences is an important tool for development. Our goal is to create opportunities for our leaders to explore different perspectives, reflect on their own challenges, and broaden the knowledge they draw on when making decisions," says Sarah Lorentz, Atlético's Human Resources Manager.

The meeting reinforces the Club's commitment to the ongoing development of its leaders and to building a culture increasingly equipped to meet the challenges of the future.
