The Philadelphia Eagles are on a three-game losing streak. They have lost to the Chicago Bears, the Tennessee Titans and the Jacksonville Jaguars since Sept. 29. The last loss to the Jaguars, falling 19-17 on Sunday, has put a real dent in their playoff hopes.

LeBron James signed with the Philadelphia 76ers in July. He had his first training camp practice with his new team on Sept. 29. Now, one would think there is no connection between James starting his 76ers career and the NFL team apart from being in the same city. However, Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy begs to differ.

Portnoy talked about the "LeBron curse":

"It may go down as the curse of LeBron for this Philadelphia city. And by the way, they'll (Philadelphia sports fans) be the first ones to say it. They don't like this guy."

"I was in Philadelphia doing pizza reviews, and I can't tell you how many Philly people came up to me and said, 'Curse word, LeBron.' They don't want him. There was a lot of talk about whether the curse of LeBron is now (hanging) over the city of Philadelphia. It is going to be a real conversation. … Since he's arrived, they haven't won anything. The Phillies got bounced from the playoffs, (Eagles offensive tackle) Lane Johnson retired, (Eagles coach Nick) Sirianni lost his brain; it's one bad thing (after another)," he said.

Cam Little becomes Jacksonville Jaguars' hero in 19-17 win

The Eagles had a strong first half. Jalen Hurts and Darius Cooper helped the Eagles to enter halftime with a 14-7 lead. However, things got worse for Nick Sirianni's team. Will Shipley, Michael Carter II, Jalyx Hunt and Tyler Steen all suffered injuries and were ruled out for the second half.

Cam Little led the fight back for the Jaguars. They ended the third quarter cutting the lead to 14-10 with his 34-yard field goal. There was some high-intensity drama awaiting with just eight seconds remaining on the clock. Ameer Abdullah ran for a 53-yard return to set Little up for a 57-yard game-winning field goal as time expired, handing the Eagles (2-3) their third straight loss.
