Is Emeka Egbuka playing today? Buccaneers injury update for Week 9

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Emeka Egbuka has missed the team's last two games with a foot injury that also kept him out of practice Wednesday. But after returning for full practices Thursday and Friday, his status for Week 9 is no longer in question.

Egbuka is expected to play in Sunday night's game against the red hot Chicago Bears , according to multiple reports. His return should help ignite a Bucs passing attack that didn't have a single completion in last week's win over the Falcons and went for just 64 yards the previous week against Carolina.

It'll also be the first time Egbuka and Baker Mayfield play in a game together since Week 3.

Even after missing time, Egbuka remains Tampa's leader in targets, catches and touchdowns. He should be in all lineups against Chicago.
