Indiana moved to 3-0 on Saturday with a win over Western Kentucky . Nick Marsh came in from Michigan State this past offseason. Marsh made an impact in the first game of the year , but was limited in Week 2.

Now, his limitations this year are being explained cryptically by head coach Curt Cignetti , per Michael Niziolek of The Herald-Times.

" Indiana football coach Curt Cignetti: 'He didn't start last week, there was a reason,' on Nick Marsh, didn't decide on who would start until late in the week," Niziolek posted on X, formerly Twitter.

He then brought in two receptions for 71 yards and a score against Howard. This past week, he had seven receptions for 81 yards against Western Kentucky. Marsh saw an increase in playing time in Week 3, something Cignetti also commented on .

"I think he's played really well in all the games. I think he's coming on. I think (Shazz) Preston is too," Cignetti said.

Shazz Preston came away with three receptions against Western Kentucky for 32 yards. On the season, he has five receptions for 81 yards and a score. The top receiver on the team this year has been Charlie Becker . He has 12 receptions for 272 yards and an impressive six touchdowns already.
