Moneyline: -245 for Iowa, +198 for Minnesota
Prediction: Iowa 27, Minnesota 17 ... For the first time in 2026, I've flipped the winner from my preseason score prediction. The matchup looks pretty advantageous for the Hawkeyes, who need to avoid taking costly pass-interference penalties on defense. Moulton will have back-to-back 100-yard rushing games for the first time in his career, and the Hawkeyes intercept Lindsey twice on their way to a 6-1 record. -Chad Leistikow
