Packers rule out LB Edgerrin Cooper with an Achilles injury

Packers linebacker Edgerrin Cooper is out for today's game, and the concern is his availability for the rest of his season.

Cooper went down with a non-contact injury with 8:43 remaining in the third quarter on a sack of Jalon Daniels by Xavier McKinney. He needed a cart to get off the field.

The Packers quickly ruled out Cooper with an Achilles injury.

He had nine tackles, a sack, a quarterback hit, an interception and a pass defensed.

The Packers lead the Bucs 17-14 after Kenneth Gainwell's 10-yard touchdown reception from Jalon Daniels. It was the undrafted rookie's first career touchdown pass.
