Quinyon left the game with the Eagles leading 20-10
Quinyon Mitchell suffered an injury and is questionable to return as the Philadelphia Eagles deal with multiple injuries.
The Philadelphia Eagles have managed to take control of their Week 4 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams , but the game has come at a cost. Philadelphia entered Sunday already missing several starters on both sides of the ball, leaving little room for further setbacks.
That became an even bigger concern during the game. With the Eagles leading 20-10, another key player has now been forced off the field, adding to an increasingly difficult injury situation for Philadelphia.

Eagles cornerback Quinyon Mitchell has suffered a knee injury and is questionable to return against the Rams, according to The Athletic's Zach Berman. The latest development leaves Philadelphia waiting to see whether one of its starting defensive backs can get back on the field before the game is over.
Berman reported on X: "Quinyon Mitchell has a knee injury. He's questionable to return."
Mitchell's injury comes after Philadelphia had already lost Saquon Barkley earlier in the game. The star running back exited after a six-yard run with a hamstring injury and was initially listed as questionable to return before later being ruled out.
The Eagles were already dealing with a lengthy injury list before kickoff. DeVonta Smith was inactive with a hamstring injury, Dallas Goedert remained out with a knee injury, Zack Baun was unavailable because of a concussion, and Marcus Epps was sidelined with a groin injury. Hollywood Brown and Fred Johnson were also inactive because of injuries.
Eagles face growing injury concerns while protecting 20-10 lead
Mitchell's potential absence is particularly important because Philadelphia's defense is already being asked to compensate for missing personnel. The Eagles entered the game without Baun and Epps, while the secondary now faces another potential loss with Mitchell being evaluated.
Philadelphia is trying to contain a Rams offense that welcomed Puka Nacua back into the lineup . The Eagles' official live tracker confirmed that Nacua was playing his first game of the season, giving Los Angeles another major receiving threat to deal with.
On offense, the Eagles have already had to adjust to life without Barkley, while DeVonta Smith and Dallas Goedert were unavailable from the outset. Tank Bigsby replaced Barkley after his injury, leaving Philadelphia to redistribute the workload in the backfield.
Philadelphia now has to monitor Mitchell while trying to preserve its 20-10 advantage. His questionable designation means a return remains possible, but another extended absence would leave the Eagles even more shorthanded as they attempt to close out the Rams.
With injuries piling up on both sides of the ball, Philadelphia's ability to maintain its lead could depend as much on the players still available as the advantage already established on the scoreboard.
