Aaron Rodgers had plenty of reasons to celebrate his Paris experience after guiding the Pittsburgh Steelers to a 16-10 win over the New Orleans Saints . However, while the veteran quarterback enjoyed the historic occasion, he admitted that one unfamiliar aspect of the stadium caught him off guard during the game.
During his postgame press conference in Paris, Rodgers revealed that reading the stadium clock from his position under center proved more difficult than he had expected.
"You'd look up at the clock from my vantage point under center, there were like eight different numbers," Rodgers said. "And you're like looking for the one that's actually counting down, at one point. I totally screwed that one up."

The matchup marked the NFL's first regular-season game in France. Beyond the on-field action, Rodgers was particularly impressed by the stadium, the quality of the grass and the pregame ceremonies.
"But what a great stadium this was. I felt like it's really cool to be a part of. I thought the [playing] surface was good, the grass. I thought the environment was great. And just all the pomp and circumstance before, you know. I thought the French anthem was, I thought, just so gorgeous, I mean, just really beautiful. And to hear the fans sing along, too, was a really cool moment, I thought."
While Rodgers appreciated the atmosphere in Paris, the Steelers still had to put together a strong performance to secure the victory. The veteran quarterback completed 19 of his 30 passing attempts for 212 yards and one touchdown. He finished the game without throwing an interception.
Running back Jaylen Warren also played a crucial role in the Steelers' success, recording 101 rushing yards on 18 carries.
The victory improved the Steelers' record to 5-2, keeping them at the top of their division. Rodgers and his teammates will now turn their attention to a rematch against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday at Acrisure Stadium.
