Eight Mid-Hudson stars named all-state in Boys lacrosse

Eight boys lacrosse standouts from the Mid-Hudson were named all-state, as announced recently by the New York State Sportswriters Association.

Cornwall senior face-off player Eli Barry and Saugerties senior attack Landon MacDougall were third-team choices in Classes B and C, respectively.

Sixth team - Anthony Severo (Monroe-Woodbury-9, Sr., midfield)

Third team - Eli Barry (Cornwall-9, Sr., faceoff); Fourth team - Jayden Saraceno (Cornwall-9, Sr., midfield); Sixth team - Danny Sullivan (Cornwall-9, Sr., attack); Honorable mention - Gabe Colsant (Cornwall-9, Jr., defender, long-stick midfielder)

Third team - Landon MacDougall (Saugerties-9, Sr., attack); Fourth team - Luke Wiese (Highland/Marlboro-9, Jr., midfielder); Sixth team - Eben Yager (Highland/Marlboro-9, Sr., midfielder)
