Vote for Varsity 845 high school football players of the week

The Varsity 845 football player of the week poll is online for Oct. 5-11, 2026.

Information was utilized on reports to Varsity 845 – games not reported are not eligible. Coaches are encouraged to provide their game reports in order for athletes to be chosen; they may also nominate one player from their team by Sunday afternoon. One athlete per team is eligible each week until the postseason.

Winners of each weekly contest will be ineligible for the ensuing two weeks during the regular season. For the Sept. 21-27 polls, Andrew Waite of Valley Central (large) and Lucas Rodriguez of Burke Catholic (small) were the vote winners.
