Carmelo Hayes Turns Heel, Helps 946 Beat Bloodline in Major Surprise on WWE Raw

Competing in their first match as a group, 946's Royce Keys and OTM defeated The Bloodline's Solo Sikoa and The Usos in a six-man tag team bout Monday night on Raw.

In a shocking turn of events, Carmelo Hayes turned heel and joined 946 to help them take down The Bloodline.

Last month, 946 debuted as a stable by interrupting a tag team match pitting LA Knight and Sikoa against The Usos. Keys and OTM attacked all four of the combatants in the match and ended Raw in chaos.

In the weeks that followed, 946 made it clear that their goal was to eradicate The Bloodline due to the fact that Bloodline member Jacob Fatu had put Keys on the shelf for a few weeks after a street fight between them.

Keys and OTM sent a message to The Bloodline by setting their vehicle on fire, and they followed that up by seemingly attempting to pick off Bloodline members one by one.

It started with Solo, who they attacked and kidnapped before dropping him in the middle of nowhere. Then, 946 shocked the wrestling world with what they did to Fatu on the Sept. 28 episode of Raw.

At the end of the show, a vehicle went speeding toward Fatu after he brawled with Keys in the parking garage, and hit him, sending him flying through the air.

Jaida Parker exited the vehicle after hitting The Samoan Werewolf, acting as if it was an accident.

However, Parker changed her tone and declared that, "nobody's safe," before getting into a vehicle with Keys and driving off, signaling her alignment with 946.

Raw general manager Adam Pearce declared the following week that 946 would face The Bloodline in a six-man tag on Oct. 12, and while The Usos expected Roman Reigns to be their partner, Reigns revealed that it would be the returning Sikoa instead.

Although The Usos did make an attempt to save Solo from getting kidnapped, it was fair to wonder how they would coexist, given their recent feud with their brother.

Keys and OTM proved to be a strong unit on Monday, as 946 prevailed in its first official match by taking down The Bloodline.
