Lone Nasir Muzaffar produced a stunning all-round display to put Jammu & Kashmir in command on Day Two of the Irani Cup, while Rest of India pacer Mukesh Choudhary answered with a five-wicket haul to keep the contest alive.Replying to RoI’s 237, J&K looked in deep trouble at 166 for eight before Muzaffar launched a remarkable counterattack. Batting at No. 10 and wearing teammate Vivrant Sharma’s jersey after being drafted in at the last moment, the 29-year-old followed his figures of 3/59 with a blazing 64 off 58 balls, hitting eight fours and three sixes.His late assault, combined with skipper Paras Dogra’s gritty 75 and Abdul Samad’s 57, powered J&K to 278 and a valuable 41-run first-innings lead.
