Caleb Wilson Drops Confident Quote After Bulls Get 1st Win of NBA Season vs. Bucks

Chicago Bulls rookie Caleb Wilson has high expectations for himself following the team's 132-125 win over the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday.

"I feel like I'm built for the moment," Wilson said after the victory.

"I'm going to be the most focused and most detailed player ever," he added.

The No. 4 overall pick in the 2026 NBA draft finished with 21 points, six rebounds, two blocks and one steal against Milwaukee. He shot 7-of-14 from the field while connecting on two of his six attempts from behind the arc.

Chicago trailed 32-17 at the end of the first quarter, but scored 85 points across the next two periods to keep up with Milwaukee.

The Bulls also faced a 123-122 deficit with just under three minutes remaining in the fourth, although Wilson scored four consecutive points to put his team back in front.

The 20-year-old's quick turnaround was impressive, as he only connected on seven of his 21 field goal attempts during Chicago's season-opening loss to the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday.

With Friday's win, Wilson and the Bulls improved to 1-1.
