In the preview for the show, which will air on Thursday, Nov. 5, Brunson is seen speaking with the main character, Olivia Benson, who is played by Mariska Hargitay.
Fittingly, Brunson plays a character named Detective Madison.
Hargitay is a Knicks fan, and she was seen talking to and hugging Brunson on the court at Madison Square Garden multiple times during the team's historic playoff run last season.
