Watch Draymond Green, Dillon Brooks Fight in Viral Video, Warriors Star Ejected vs. Suns

Draymond Green and Dillon Brooks have gotten into plenty of scuffles during their respective careers, and they went face-to-face during Monday's contest between the Golden State Warriors and Phoenix Suns.

Green started the sequence that eventually led to his ejection by throwing Suns big man Khaman Maluach to the ground. Brooks took issue with it and approached Green, which caused the Warriors forward to grab his opponent's jersey near the throat:

The Michigan State product received two technical fouls and was ejected.

That it was Brooks and Green who got into it probably doesn't come as much of a surprise for NBA fans.

After all, Brooks led the league in technical fouls last season, while Green wasn't far behind in third. They both have reputations as players who never hesitate to trash talk and play with a physical approach on the defensive side, and that spilled over Monday.

"I don't like Draymond at all," Brooks said in a 2023 feature from ESPN's Tim Keown . Notably Keown added that Green "laughed and chose to pass on the opportunity to respond."

But he has since responded by calling Brooks an "idiot" and "sucker" in different instances .

They clearly still aren't fans of each other if Monday's fight was the latest indication, and it also wouldn't come as a surprise if Green has something to say about it on his next podcast.

And that will only set the stage for the next showdown when the Warriors face the Suns on Dec. 28.
