Jaipur: Hopper helpers and drivers in Kishanpole zone went on strike Friday, alleging delays in issuing experience certificates needed for the Rajasthan sanitation workers’ recruitment, with the Oct 13 application deadline approaching.Nand Kishore Dandoriya, president of Sanyukt Valmiki Evam Safayi Shramik Sangh, alleged that zone deputy commissioner Niharika Sharma was not cooperating with workers. He said the strike would continue until the certificates were issued.Sharma denied the allegations, saying applications were being verified before certificates were issued.
