The officials reviewed the event area, spectator zones, approach routes, parking sites and security arrangements and issued detailed instructions to the concerned officials. The divisional commissioner directed officials to prepare a comprehensive crowd management plan by identifying potential pressure points in advance. Separate entry and exit routes, barricading, holding areas, queue management systems and designated pedestrian paths are to be ensured at major ghats and viewing points. Adequate police personnel will be deployed to regulate and divert crowds wherever required. To ensure smooth traffic movement, a detailed traffic plan, along with alternative routes and diversion arrangements, will be prepared and widely publicised. Vehicles will be allowed to park only at designated sites, while main roads, link roads and emergency routes must remain clear.Security along the riverbanks will be strengthened through coordination among the water police, local police and other agencies. Continuous monitoring through CCTV cameras, drones, control rooms, QRTs and response teams will be ensured.
