Daniel Thomas denies entering restricted area of Dover migrant site
Daniel Thomas, also known as Danny Tommo, denies entering the site in Dover in March.
Anti-migrant activist Daniel Thomas will stand trial next year over claims he entered a restricted zone at a migrant processing centre in Dover.
Appearing at Westminster Magistrates' Court via video link on Wednesday, he was told he is due to stand trial at the same court from 1 June.
He also denies charges of racially aggravated harassment and using threatening words or behaviour in Dover on 1 April, obstructing a person engaged in a lawful activity in Dover on 6 April, and entering and remaining in Dover Docks without having lawful business or permission on both days.
Thomas had originally pleaded guilty to going into the restricted zone, but later vacated his plea and pleaded not guilty after the court heard he may have received incorrect advice from his solicitor at the time.
His trial is scheduled to last two days, with another case management hearing due to take place on 18 November.
