Husband charged with murder after realtor wife found shot dead inside home in wealthy Virginia county

A Northern Virginia real estate agent was shot and killed allegedly by her husband inside their home Tuesday, triggering a multi-state manhunt that ended hours later with his arrest in Pennsylvania, authorities said. Roger Bradford, 60, of Aldie, was charged with first-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony in the death of his wife, 54-year-old Lisa Bradford, the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said. Deputies were called to a home in the 24000 block of Quimby Oaks Place shortly after noon after a relative contacted authorities, reported that Bradford was allegedly involved in his wife's death and asked them to check the home, Loudoun County Sheriff Mike Chapman said during a news conference Tuesday.
