Illegal immigrant charged with nightmare kidnapping and sexual assault of 6-year-old girl in New Jersey

FIRST ON FOX: An illegal immigrant is behind bars after investigators say he kidnapped a 6-year-old girl from her home in the middle of the night and sexually assaulted her. A spokesperson for the Department of Homeland Security confirmed to Fox News Digital the agency lodged a detainer against Lester Noe Perez-Amador, 27, following his arrest. The horrific incident happened in Washington Borough, New Jersey, officials said. Investigators say they "developed additional evidence supporting allegations that Perez-Amador sexually assaulted the child after kidnapping" her.
