Bengaluru: An AI-based survey of 2,493.5km of roads across Bengaluru North City Corporation’s seven divisions and 72 wards has identified 14,393 potholes, with 82.1% of the surveyed roads classified as being in good-to-adequate condition.The survey, conducted using real-time images captured through dashcams, found 1,426.8km of roads in good condition and another 607.1km with minor surface defects. The remaining included localised road damage, utility-related damage and unpaved roads.Byatarayanapura division recorded the highest number of potholes at 5,964, followed by Sarvagnanagar with 2,359 and Pulikeshi Nagar (1,357).
