UP BJP chief Pankaj Chaudhary campaigns for MLC polls in Ayodhya, urges teacher-voters to back Dhruv Tripathi, citing trust, reforms and benefits.
Lucknow: UP BJP chief Pankaj Chaudhary stepped up party’s campaign for the upcoming MLC elections, saying that the greatest strength of democracy lies not in the seat of power, financial might, or physical force, but in the trust of voters, their rights, and every single vote cast.Addressing a conference of teacher-voters in Ayodhya on Friday in support of BJP’s Gorakhpur-Faizabad Teachers’ constituency candiidate Dhruv Tripathi, Chaudhary said an educated, aware, and empowered society will strengthen the foundation of Viksit Bharat.“The new generation now asks questions, engages in reasoning, analyzes facts, and is far more conscious of its future. Teachers deserve the greatest credit for this transformation,” he said.Chaudhary said teachers do not merely impart education. “They provide direction to life. They do not just shape students and pave the way for building the future of the nation,” he said.Addressing issues concerning teachers, Chaudhary highlighted that CM Yogi Adityanath has provided them with cashless medical facilities covering expenses up to Rs 5 lakh. Other initiatives include providing relief to ‘Shiksha Mitras’ and instructors, increasing the honorarium for vocational teachers, simplifying the online GPF loan disbursement process, and streamlining the recruitment process for the dependents of deceased employees. He further stated that a transparent, online-based transfer system is being implemented with complete impartiality. He said that under the ‘Alankar Yojana,’ financial assistance of up to Rs 75 lakh is being provided for the reconstruction of dilapidated buildings in govt-aided secondary schools, while the ‘Kayakalp Yojana’ has led to the transformation of lakhs of schools.Regarding electoral rolls, Chaudhary emphasised the necessity of its periodic revision. “This process involves removing the names of individuals who have passed away or relocated, while those whose names were omitted or inadvertently deleted can have them added by submitting the appropriate form,” he said, adding that no voter’s name should be left out of the electoral roll. You Can Also Check: Gold Rate in Lucknow | Silver Rate in Lucknow | Bank Holidays in Lucknow | Public Holidays in Lucknow | Lucknow AQI | Weather in Lucknow | Petrol Price in Lucknow | Diesel Price in Lucknow | CNG Price in Lucknow | LPG Price in LucknowStay updated with the latest Lucknow news.
