Watch live: Trump rallies Montana Republicans with key House seat on the line

President Trump is campaigning Wednesday evening in Montana, as Republicans fight to hold on to their majorities in both chambers of Congress.

Trump is expected to rally supporters for GOP candidate Aaron Flint, who is facing Democrat Sam Forstag in the race to replace retiring Rep. Ryan Zinke (R-Mont.) in the state’s 1st Congressional District.

The visit comes as Montana also faces a competitive Senate contest to replace outgoing Sen. Steve Daines (R-Mont.), with Republican Kurt Alme, Democrat Alani Bankhead and independent Seth Bodnar among the candidates vying for the seat.

It marks the president’s second campaign stop of the day, following a rally in Arizona, as he continues his push to energize Republican voters ahead of November.

The event is scheduled to begin at 8:15 p.m. EDT.
