President Trump will host Interior Secretary Doug Burgum, along with more than 100 outdoorsmen, for a White House Rose Garden dinner Thursday evening, a source familiar with the event told The Hill’s broadcasting partner, NewsNation.

Trump will reportedly speak during the event and sign two executive orders reversing former President Biden-era restrictions on U.S. land. One of these mandates will likely expand recreational fishing access and the other will promote efforts to boost quality wild game.

Along with Burgum, Fish and Wildlife Service representatives, as well as Commerce Department and NOAA officials, will be in attendance. Other attendees include hunters, anglers and guests representing several outdoor sports companies.

The event is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. EDT.
