Watch live: Trump rallies with Graham in South Carolina

President Trump will rally with Sen. Darline Graham (R) in South Carolina on Wednesday night, seeking to boost a political newcomer he personally backed to replace her brother.

Graham is favored to win the race but faces a surprisingly strong challenge from Democrat Annie Andrews, a pediatrician. Cook Political Report shifted the race from “likely Republican” to “lean Republican” on Tuesday.

Trump has rallies scheduled every day this week as he embarks on a final midterm blitz, with the GOP facing the potential loss of both chambers in Congress. The president has never been less popular with voters, but Republicans are betting he can still help turn out the party’s base.

Graham signaled a rare break with the president in recent days, saying she disagreed with his decision to waive sanctions on Russia under a law named after her late brother, longtime Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.).

The rally is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. EDT. Watch it live above.
