Vice President Vance and Attorney General Todd Blanche are expected to unveil new fraud charges on Monday tied to Emergency Rental Assistance loans issued during the COVID-19 pandemic .

The announcement in Kansas City, Mo., comes as the Trump administration continues its efforts to crack down on alleged fraud . Small Business Administration chief Kelly Loeffler, FBI Director Kash Patel and other federal, state and local officials will also be in attendance.
