Operário-PR hit two late goals to snatch draw with Náutico in Série B

Four goals in the final 15 minutes of Náutico vs. Operário-PR set the score at 3-3 at the Aflitos in Recife on Tuesday night (15). After Vinicius put the home side ahead with 56 seconds on the clock, Vinícius Diniz leveled it near the end of the first half.

Until the 37th minute of the second half, the score was 1-1, when Jean Carlos scored for Timbu from the penalty spot. Danielzinho added to the lead in the 42nd minute. With a 3-1 advantage on the scoreboard, victory looked like the natural outcome for Náutico.

Fantasma, in a surprising comeback, pulled one back with a stunning free-kick goal by Boschilia in the 48th minute and equalized through Cuenú two minutes later.

The result left Operário-PR in eighth place with 44 points, six more than Náutico, who sit 14th.

In addition to the eventful draw, the night also featured Londrina-PR's 6-0 thrashing of Ponte Preta at Vitorino Gonçalves Dias in Londrina. Hebert (2), João Vitor, Vitinho , Igor Bahia, and Guilherme Portuga found the net. The Paraná side is trying to climb out of the relegation zone. They have 28 points and are three behind 16th-placed Botafogo-SP. Ponte remains bottom of the table with ten.

In a Northeastern clash, CRB beat Sport 2-1 at Rei Pelé in Maceió with goals from Crystopher and Hereda, moving into seventh place with 47 points. Patrick de Paula pulled one back for Leão da Ilha do Retiro, who are ninth with 41.
