Serie A official line-ups: Milan vs. Bologna

Alphadjo Cisse, Omari Hutchinson and Davide Bartesaghi support Goncalo Ramos upfront, as Milan host a Bologna side with Samuel Mbangula and Federico Bernardeschi.

It kicks off at 18:30 CET [17:30 GMT] at San Siro, with Juan Luca Sacchi refereeing.

Milan are still unbeaten in Serie A under Rúben Amorim. They sit fifth on 18 points after Sunday's 2-0 win at Udinese , which steadied things after a 3-0 Europa League defeat at Bournemouth. Lazio's 6-2 win at Sassuolo on Tuesday put them seven points clear of the Rossoneri, and Saturday's Derby della Madonnina against Inter is next on Amorim's schedule.

Bologna arrive 13th on eight points but have won their last two away games, at Lecce and Cagliari. Raffaele Palladino replaced Domenico Tedesco in September. Tommaso Pobega is back at San Siro after leaving Milan for the Rossoblù in 2025.

Milan's injury list keeps growing. Ruben Loftus-Cheek is the latest addition after a medial hamstring tear in his left thigh. Adrien Rabiot (right calf fatigue), Diego Moreira (hamstring fatigue) and Mario Gila (ankle overload) are still out, and all three are aiming to be back for the derby.

Samuel Chukwueze (hip), Matteo Gabbia (hamstring), Alexis Saelemaekers (ankle surgery) and Pietro Terracciano (muscular) are also unavailable. Mike Maignan's red card at Bournemouth only applies in the Europa League.
