Jetley will succeed Srikrishna Ramakarthikeyan (Keech), who will step down as CEO and as a member of Hexaware’s board of directors. He led the company for 12 years and will continue with Hexaware as a senior advisor to support the leadership transition.He joins Hexaware from EXL, where he currently serves as president leading its insurance, healthcare and life sciences businesses. Earlier, he served as president and head of EXL Analytics, where he built advanced analytics, AI services and enterprise data management capabilities for clients across industries.Jetley brings more than 25 years of experience across AI, data, enterprise transformation, strategy and management consulting. He has led large P&Ls, scaled global businesses and built new growth engines through technology shifts spanning data, cloud and generative AI.Jetley joined EXL in 2006 following its acquisition of Inductis, an analytics consulting firm where he was a partner. During his two decades at EXL, he held leadership roles spanning corporate strategy, strategic partnerships and innovation, and was involved in several acquisitions.“On behalf of Hexaware’s Board of Directors, I would like to thank Keech for his contributions to the company over the past 12 years.
