Did Caitlin Clark send Angel Reese kind note before WNBA Finals?

Did Indiana Fever superstar guard Caitlin Clark send Atlanta Dream superstar forward Angel Reese a kind note before Game 1 of the 2026 WNBA Finals?

No, she did not (at least as far as this fake post goes).

Infamous Fever parody account "Fever Updates" shared a fake Reese Instagram story with a fake Clark note wishing her well before the Dream took on the Golden State Valkyries in San Francisco.

Clark did not send Reese a note as far as we're aware. This is just a bit of trolling from "Fever Updates."

While it's possible Clark sent Reese a note, we do not have any proof of such. This is a parody post.

We're sorry if this one duped you. Such is the internet.

The team did not. It lost 68-64 in Game 1 on the road on Saturday.
