This outfit will greatly enhance your underwater exploration capabilities with an increased oxygen meter and faster swimming speed. The Charter's Diving Set and Charter's Light Diving Set are pre-order bonuses for the Charting the Unknown DLC. You can only get them if you purchased the DLC before release.

The helmet and chestpiece for all diving suits increase your maximum breathing time by 120 seconds each, so you can stay underwater for several minutes at a time. The gloves and boots give you small 2% boosts to your swim speed as well.

Thankfully, there are other diving suits you can acquire to explore the ocean more easily. You can buy one at the newly-added Relic Exchange vendor at the Demeniss Port .

You can find Shattered Ancient Relics while exploring the Great Ocean of Pywel. For every two Shattered Ancient Relics you bring to a Smithy, you can craft a completed Ancient Relic. You can also obtain Ancient Relics by completing Charting the Unknown exploration challenges.
