The Architect's Cloth Hat is acquired by leveling up the popularity level of the Sawmill in Calphade to three. You need to complete The Saw Turns Again before you can lease other businesses.

The Architect's Cloth Workwear is obtained by reaching popularity level three with the Tailor Shop in Demeniss. You'll need to complete The Saw Turns Again and level up Timberham Sawmill (earning the Architect's Leather Gloves in the process) before you can start working on the Tailor Shop.

The Architect's Leather Gloves are obtained by raising the popularity level of Timberham Sawmill to three. You'll naturally complete this objective as you work through The Saw Turns Again , which serves as the tutorial for business management.

The Architect's Leather Boots are obtained by raising the popularity of the Sawmill in Demeniss to three. You can only acquire other businesses after completing The Saw Turns Again and leveling up Timberham Sawmill in Hernand.
