Netflix heads to Narnia next year.

The streamer confirmed that one of its biggest upcoming films — Narnia: The Magician’s Nephew, helmed by Barbie director Greta Gerwig — will release in 2027. It’ll be in theaters on February 12th and stream on April 2nd, though it’s not clear just how long the theatrical window will last. How many unread emails do you have?

I’m pretty militant about keeping my unread count under control, but it’s hard to stay on top of things. As I’m writing this, I have 144 unread emails. That pales in comparison to my friend Abel’s 11,425, and my wife’s staggering 23,166. Where do you fall on the spectrum? Are you all in on inbox zero? Or have you just given up?

Watch the new Blade Runner 2099 trailer.

This slightly longer look at the new Amazon series doesn’t offer much more info than the original teaser that dropped in July. It is certainly a moodier and darker trailer, though. The show has been in the works since at least 2022, but it’ll finally hit streaming on November 25th of this year. [Media: https://youtu.be/AwK5KxoJsvk]
