Trump set to attend Tennessee-Texas football game in Knoxville

President Trump will attend the University of Texas vs. University of Tennessee college football game in Knoxville on Saturday, the White House confirmed to The Hill on Wednesday.

The game will mark the first college football game Trump has attended since January’s College Football Playoff National Championship when Indiana University defeated the University of Miami.

The Texas Longhorns and Tennessee Volunteers are ranked first and fourteenth, respectively, in the AP Top 25.

Trump has attended numerous sporting events as president, including the FIFA World Cup Finals in July, the Daytona 500 in 2020 and 2025 and the Super Bowl in 2025.

The president most recently attended the Irish Open earlier this month at the Trump International Golf Links and Hotel in Doonbeg, Ireland.
