‘Strictly Come Dancing’ judge Anton Du Beke announces new and musical venture, says releasing Christmas song is ‘a dream come true'

Famed dancer and one of the longest-running judges on ‘Strictly Come Dancing,' Anton Du Beke, has created a name for himself in this industry. While he has excelled his ballroom dancing, it seems that the TV star wishes to go beyond this to venture into a whole new career path. Taking to his Instagram account, the dancer shared the shocking news that he is planning on releasing his own Christmas single ahead of the festivities that are two months away.He shared, “My loves, I’ve got rather something special for you, a treat. A Christmas treat," while he decked himself out with a holiday sweater in blue as he stood in front of a decorated Christmas tree. He continued, “Rather festive. It's my brand-new Christmas single. I’m going to ‘Dance My Way to Christmas'," announcing the song’s official title.He posted the video along with the caption, “My lo-ho-ho-ho-oves! My new single, Dance My Way To Christmas, released on Westway Music, will be all yours on 6th November! Get those dancing shoes ready... we’re going to jingle all the way! Love you all, Anton XX.”The Standard also reported that he will be performing the song live as part of his brand-new festive show, ‘Anton At Christmas,' which will air from December 10 to 22 across the UK. While talking to the outlet about the show, he shared, "Launching a Christmas single is something I’ve always wanted to do, for as long as I can remember. For me, Christmas is the most magical time of year, and the music played is a huge part of that and what makes it so memorable. All the favorites are rolled out, and Dance My Way To Christmas is possibly to be part of the seasonal playlists!"Beke’s upcoming song has been co-written by Jacqui Hicks, and according to the report, it also features vocals from Lance Ellington. While this will be one of his first original songs, Beke is no stranger to the world of music. In 2017, the TV star released his album, ‘From The Top.'
