Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya announce their twin baby boys' names; share meaning behind Daivik and Vaidvik

Divyanka Tripathi and husband Vivek Dahiya, who embraced parenthood after 10 years of marriage and welcomed twin baby boys in June 2026, has finally revealed their names. After five months of their twins birth, the couple announced their names today (November 7). Vivek and Divyanka have been calling their twins T1 and T2 ever since they were born. They chose a fun way to reveal their names by organising a clue-based game for their family and made the announcement even more memorable.Recently, Divyanka and Vivek shared a vlog on their YouTube channel wherein they gave their family members a unique challenge. They played a clue-finding game to reveal the names of their newborns. After Vivek's father solved one of the clues, Divyanka took to YouTube to share the announcement with her followers. Revealing the name of their first baby, she said, "To hamare T1 ka hota hai khulasa. T1 ka naam hai Daivik." She later announced that T2 has been named Vaidvik.Divyanka and Vivek reveal the meaning behind Daivik and VaidvikFurther in the video, she went on to share the meaning and thought behind the names of their twins. Speaking about the reason behind choosing Daivik, Divyanka said the baby is just like Vivek and has a strong personality. She recalled how he used to hold their fingers tightly when he was just born and said, "Shuru se ek to strength usmein jyaada thi." She also revealed that Daivik shares certain physical similarities with her.The couple named their second son Vaidvik. Divyanka said he was a little weaker than his brother. Sharing the meaning of his name, Divyanka said that 'Vaid' means healer and 'Dvik' means double. She explained that the name means someone who can heal himself twice as fast. She described it as, "Joh double gati pe khud ko heal kare." Vivek on the other hand shared, "He is so easy to please."Divyanka and Vivek announced the arrival of their twin baby boys on May 26 with a joint post. Their post read, "We asked for happiness, God said, 'Take double.' Blessed with twin baby boys." Vivek also celebrated the milestone with the words, "Mere Karan Arjun aa gaye!"For the uninitiated, Divyanka and Vivek also revealed the names of their twins on their show, Pati Patni Aur Panga season 2 where they are seen as a celebrity jodi.Speaking about the decision, Divyanka shared, "Vivek and I had already thought of names for our twins, and we felt Diwali, a festival that celebrates new beginnings and togetherness, was the perfect occasion to share them with everyone. It made the moment even more special and emotional for us, especially with the entire PPAP family showering their love and blessings on our little ones. Parenthood has brought out a beautiful side of Vivek that I absolutely adore. While managing everything has been a learning experience for me, I understand that it hasn’t been easy for Vivek either. He is equally involved in embracing this new phase of life, balancing his responsibilities and making time for the little ones. We both are experiencing parenthood together and figuring things out along the way. We are cherishing every little moment with our twins.
