Alessandro Canovi says Juventus is doing its best with the current squad

Juventus have endured a difficult start to the season, leaving Luciano Spalletti with the task of getting the club back on track. Expectations remain high, despite performances falling short of supporters' hopes.

Spalletti has experience of winning the Scudetto, having achieved that with Napoli three years ago. Juventus will hope he can bring the title back to Turin, although that ambition may require time and progress.

Juve are not widely regarded as genuine title contenders this season. Supporters expect a great deal from the black and white side, but the team have struggled for consistency. There is still time to improve in the league and collect results in Europe, yet winning the Scudetto or Europa League looks difficult.

Juventus continue to search for consistency

The team's unpredictability has made it difficult to assess their prospects. It can be hard to know which version of Juventus will appear before kick off. More reliable performances are needed if they are to challenge the leading sides.

Alessandro Canovi has been following Juventus and believes they are doing as much as possible with the players available. Speaking via Tuttomercatoweb , he argued that the pressure surrounding the club should not be seen as a problem for the coach alone.

"It's a world that asks a lot of you. I don't think it's just a coaching thing, it's all a whole. In my opinion, Juventus is getting the most out of this squad."

Canovi's comments suggest Spalletti should not carry all the responsibility for Juventus' difficulties. Managing the club brings significant expectations, while results also depend on the squad's quality and balance. Canovi believes the team are getting a great deal from their current players.

Juventus still have time to improve this season, but they need stronger performances and more regular results. Greater consistency would help them compete for major honours.

Spalletti's success at Napoli gives Juventus reason to believe he can build towards future silverware. For now, Canovi believes the team are making the most of their resources, despite performances that have not met the club's expectations.
