💣Bombshell: Getafe confirm Carvajal has passed his medical

Getafe CF president Ángel Torres caused a stir in an exclusive interview by confirming that the signing of Spanish full-back Dani Carvajal is in its final stages.

Medical passed, awaiting LALIGA approval

The Getafe chief revealed that the experienced player has already successfully passed his medical. All that remains is to secure approval and a final agreement with LALIGA before officially adding the defender to the squad at the Coliseum.

Torres explained that the Spain international's arrival is a direct response to the coach's requests, following his urgent call for a wide player to strengthen the flank. If the final administrative formalities are completed, Carvajal will wear the Madrid-based club's shirt.
