Blackpool 2-0 MK Dons
Karoy Anderson and substitute Dale Taylor scored second-half goals as Blackpool ended a six-match winless run in League One by beating MK Dons 2-0 at Bloomfield Road.
Anderson had scored in Pool's previous league win over Peterborough on August 29 when Ian Evatt's side topped the table.
And he set the Seasiders on the way to a much-needed victory with a rasping, angled effort after 69 minutes.
Eight minutes later Taylor, brought on as a replacement for Jerry Yates seconds before Anderson's opener, secured the points by converting an Albie Morgan cross.
MK Dons, buoyed by last Saturday's first league win of the season against Luton, impressed early on as Ibrahim Fullah's goal-bound drive was deflected behind by Jordan Williams for a corner.
And only the width of a post prevented Sam Silvera thumping Paul Warne's side ahead after 20 minutes.
But Pool slowly wrestled the initiative and Will Dennis saved from Ilmari Niskanen, Tom Bloxham and George Honeyman before the break.
The stalemate remained until Anderson and Taylor struck to ease the pressure on boss Evatt.
