Penn State projected to miss Bowl Games amid 4-game losing streak

Penn State didn't play a football game last weekend because it was on a bye week, yet the program still hit a new low for the season. The team was dropped a couple of spots on the Football Power Index , it hasn't been on the US LBM Coaches Poll in weeks and now it is projected to miss out on a Bowl Game.

Every publication we cover had this team making at least a Bowl Game a couple of weeks ago. Now, nearly none of them do. Here is the lone projection for the Nittany Lions by a major publication this week.
