Missouri football at Kansas score, live updates in Border War

LAWRENCE, Kan. — They're going to war across the western border.

Missouri football has traveled across the state line to face its archrival, Kansas, in the Border War. It will be the Tigers ' first game in the Jayhawks' home stadium in 21 years, with kickoff set for 7 p.m. Friday at David Booth Family Memorial Stadium.

Mizzou (1-0) opened its 2026 season with a comfortable 54-14 win over Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Sept. 3, as new quarterback Austin Simmons threw for 252 yards and four touchdowns in his debut.

Kansas (1-0) beat Long Island last Friday, also debuting a new QB in Isaiah Marshall. The Jayhawks are coached by Lance Leipold.
