Steelers vs. Browns, Week 4 inactive list revealed: Who's in, who's out

Prepare yourselves, Pittsburgh Steelers fans! The Week 4 Thursday Night Football game against the Cleveland Browns is finally here, along with the game day inactive list, giving us a better idea of who's in and who's out from Thursday night's matchup.

Via the newly revealed Week 4 inactive list, Pittsburgh's side of the ball has running back Rico Dowdle, quarterbacks Drew Allar and Will Howard, running back Eli Heidenreich, defensive lineman Kevin Jobity Jr. and defensive end Gabriel Rubio, all sitting out on Thursday. Dowdle's absence comes as no surprise after he was ruled out on the Week 4 injury report. Additionally, Howard will serve as the emergency third quarterback.

Joey Porter Jr. was previously ruled out on Wednesday but, as many fans are now aware, the Steelers traded him to the Dallas Cowboys less than 24 hours before the start of Week 4 game. Luckily, Jalen Ramsey, who was questionable to play with a wrist injury, is active for the divisional showdown on Thursday night.

For the Browns, quarterback Taylen Green, wide receiver Tylan Wallace, linebacker Justin Jefferson, center Elgton Jenkins and guard Teven Jenkins are inactive for Thursday night's matchup. Wallace, Elgton Jenkins and Teven Jenkins were all ruled out on Cleveland's Week 4 injury report. Green will serve as the Browns' emergency third quarterback.
