Nebraska is selling used urinal troughs from Memorial Stadium for $3,000 apiece as the Big Red Rebuild continues for the 103-year-old venue.

The cleaned troughs are 72 to 96 inches long and weigh 300 pounds.

Larry Holder of The Athletic reported that seven of the 30 urinals were bought as of Monday afternoon, according to Rare Goods co-founder Joe DiPietro (Rare Goods is helping Nebraska sell items from the stadium).

The Buffalo Bills have sold (and are still selling) items from their old Highmark Stadium, and they include urinal troughs. Per CollectibleXchange founder and CEO Brandon Steiner to Michael Petro of the Buffalo News , only a few of them remain as of Sunday. Per Holder, the Bills were trying to sell 40 troughs total for $5,000 each.

If you're wondering what fans can do with a trough, the BuyGR sales page offered some ideas.

"Fans at other stadiums have turned retired troughs into oversized planters, backyard conversation pieces, game-room displays, garden features, shop fixtures, and all kinds of projects that probably never appeared in the manufacturer's instruction manual."

Ultimately, if you're in the market for an original stadium trough, have $3,000 lying around and can pick it up yourself in Lincoln, then you're in luck.

And if you're a Nebraska fan, too, then that's a huge bonus as the Cornhuskers enjoy a great start to the season at 5-0 (2-0 Big Ten).
