How to watch BYU vs UCF: Live stream College Football, TV channel

No. 2 BYU travels to face UCF on Saturday as the CFP hopeful looks to go 8-0 for the second time in three seasons.

UCF has the unenviable honor of becoming the next team to attempt stopping a runaway BYU on Saturday as the second-ranked team in the nation looks to go 7-0. The Cougars are in the running to win a maiden CFP title this term in their current form and travel to the Acrisure Bounce House on the back of a 28-24 upset win over Notre Dame.

The reward for that result was Notre Dame's No. 2 ranking, as well as pride of place at the Big 12 summit having gone 3-0 in the conference thus far. UCF is treading water a lot closer to the base of the standings, having gone 1-2 in the Big 12 (3-3 overall) following back-to-back defeats against ranked opponents.

The Knights have at least had a bye week to mull over those losses to Houston and Oklahoma State, with this weekend's homecoming well-timed after a spell on the road. UCF's sole win over BYU to date materialized at the Bounce House back in 2014, and if fourth-year head coach Scott Frost is to earn a surprise victory in this matchup as things stand, his side needs every advantage they can get their hands on.

BYU quarterback Bear Bachmeier has impressed this season with 15 touchdowns (nine passing, six rushing), but it's his dominating O-line that has really raked in the plaudits this year. UCF's defense has been a strong point so far this season, though the Cougars are yet to meet a challenge they haven't been able to claw down to size.
