Missouri enters on a two-game winning streak after defeating Texas A&M 27-6 on Saturday. Quarterback Austin Simmons threw for 147 yards and a touchdown as the Tigers held the Aggies without a touchdown. Missouri previously dominated Florida 45-17, with running back Jamal Roberts rushing for 211 yards and three touchdowns and Simmons adding 340 passing yards and two scores. The Tigers have won five of their first six games, with their only loss coming against Mississippi State, and enter the matchup at 2-1 in SEC play.

Ole Miss bounced back from a loss to Florida with a 52-17 road victory over Vanderbilt. Quarterback Trinidad Chambliss threw for 213 yards and three touchdowns, while the Rebels built a commanding 42-10 lead through three quarters. Nick Cull added an interception, and Shekai Mills-Knight scored on a 35-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter. Ole Miss has also earned victories over Louisville and LSU this season, and the Rebels return home seeking their third SEC victory under head coach Pete Golding.
