He began his senior career with MTK Budapest before moving to Portuguese club Porto. He later had a loan spell at Académica before moving to England.His career in English football began with Plymouth Argyle. He first joined the club on loan in 2005 before making the move permanent. He played 81 league matches for Plymouth and scored seven goals.Buzsaky later joined Queens Park Rangers. He initially arrived on loan in 2007 before signing permanently in 2008. He went on to make 102 league appearances for QPR and scored 17 goals.QPR reached the Premier League during his time at the club.
