Dortmund's Karetsas back in team training after circulatory problems

Konstantinos Karetsas has returned to Borussia Dortmund team training from circulatory issues, the Bundesliga club said on Wednesday.

Summer signing Karetsas was taken off on a stretcher during last week's Champions League match against Spain's Villarreal and underwent a series of tests in hospital.

Dortmund said that the medical tests had revealed no real reason for his problems.

The club said Karetsas had trained individually over the past days before joining team training again on Wednesday. He could return to action in Saturday's Bundesliga match at VfB Stuttgart .

Dortmund have won their first three league matches and are second on goal difference behind Freiburg .
