Depth is starting to become a critical issue for fantasy football managers. And we're only in Week 4!

After a rash of quarterback injuries earlier in the season, several standout running backs went down last week. The normally reliable De'Von Achane (knee) is now out for the season, and Travis Etienne is set to miss some time with a hamstring injury. Fantasy managers will need to find replacements, while also dealing with other various ailments elsewhere.

Here are some of the most prominent players dealing with nagging ailments or coming back from major issues that will impact fantasy managers most in Week 4. As always, keep an eye on the latest developments leading up to kickoff with our player notes page .

The last of the big three running back injuries from Week 3 appears to be the least serious. Hall exited early with a thigh injury, but he still may have a chance to play on Sunday. The Jets have classified him as week-to-week after an MRI determined the injury wasn't serious enough for him to go on IR. Braelon Allen will likely take over Hall's duties as the lead back on Sunday in Chicago .

Speaking of the Bears, third-stringer Case Keenum was outstanding in a Monday night romp over the Eagles. But he was only playing because Bagent missed practice time during the week with concussion symptoms. Do the Bears mess with a good thing and go back to Bagent vs. the Jets? Health is not the issue here since Bagent was cleared late last week to serve as the backup.

One of the NFL's most pleasant early-season surprises, Coker has been the fantasy WR9 through the first three weeks. However, he left Sunday's game against the Browns with a quad strain − after initially beling listed as questionable due to a sore ankle. Monitor his practice activity, but he should be available to face the Lions this week.

Wright was inactive last week with a foot injury and a neck stinger he suffered in Week 2. That was before Achane went down and Ollie Gordon had to take over lead back duties. He's still "day-to-day," according to coach Jeff Hafley, but with a week to recover, Wright figures to be in the mix on Sunday as the Dolphins travel to Minnesota .

Nacua was expected to miss a couple games with his lingering hip injury. Now that he has, the Rams are hopeful he can return to face the Eagles on Sunday. Coach Sean McVay said on Monday that Nacua's status is still "to be determined," which isn't the optimistic tone fantasy managers want to hear. Stay tuned.

Jefferson missed the entire second half of Week 3's game with an ankle sprain, though coach Kevin O'Connell did say he considered putting his star wideout back in the game at several points. The injury doesn't look like a long-term concern after an MRI on Monday came back clean.

A rib issue forced Evans to leave Sunday's win over the Cardinals early, but tests showed no major issues. That's good news for fantasy managers, but even better news for the Niners, who have seen their receiving corps decimated by injuries. He'll suit up this week if at all possible.

Goedert didn't practice all last week after injuring his knee in Week 2. The injury was concerning enough that the Eagles went out and signed free agent TE Zach Ertz and put him on the field right away. MCL sprains don't just go away, so consider Goedert questionable for the Rams on Sunday.

Collins is dealing with a hamstring strain that has kept him from even getting on the practice field for the past two weeks. With the Texans off to an 0-3 start, there may be extra incentive to get Collins ready for this week's showdown with the Cowboys.
